ADOPT A FACILITY:  OrphanAct uses small international teams that support a specific children's facility.  OrphanAct's goal is to become a reliable international partner for children's facilities in Russia. 

On the left-hand menu click on Irkutsk 7 or Irkutsk 8 to see two fully operation Children's Action Teams.  

There are four orphanages ready to be adopted.  The orphanages are:
