The Irkutsk 7 CAT is linked to the Urik Shelter near Irkutsk, Russia.

The organization or individuals who are co-sponsors of the Urik Shelter are:

Each facility sponsor has contributed at least $300 to help the children of the Urik Shelter.  The sole job of this Children's Action Team (Irkutsk 7 CAT) is to sponsor the children at the shelter.  The co-leaders of the team are Lida Sclocchini, Rotary Club of Irkutsk, Russia;  Rotary Club of Bigfork, Montana;  The Interact Club of Bigfork High School, Bigfork, Montana;  Heather Howlett,  team presenter, Bigfork, Montana; and Vera Makarova, Director of the Urik Shelter.  The team translator is Valeriya Voronina, living in Kalispell, Montana.
