Rotary movement in Kharkov had started in 1994. “Kharkov-City” Rotary Club was established in 2005. On the 7th of October 2006 the Club received Rotary International charter. Currently the Club runs a number of projects and hundreds of people have already got Rotarian support. One of the major “Kharkov-City” Rotary Club’s project is providing help to Shevchenkovo Orphanage for children with mind-development disorders.
