This project was funded by The Rotary Club of Maui and The Rotary Club of Kihei-Wailea.

This is a project to supply fetal monitors and other medical equipment for the Biysk Memorial Hospital.  This project involves a USAID/IREX U.S. goverment grant for $19,000 to purchase this medical equipment.  This is a matching grant opportunity, but it is not a traditional Rotary matching grant.  Your club's money will be matched by the U.S. goverment and The Rotary Club of Biysk.  The figures are listed below:

             As an added incentive, OrphanAct will match your club's contribution up to one dollar for each dollar your club commits of the $2,375 if necessary.  Your club could be responsible for a $19,000 project that only costs your club $1,188 (half of 2,375).
