Let us, staff and children of Maloe Goloustnoe school and members of Baikal-Eco Rotary club, express lots of gratitude to you for your participation and help. We passed tools and equipment to children during a state meeting on the "The holiday (festival) of health". It was a joint action between Baical-Eco Rotary club, OrphanAct and Maloe Goloustnoe school, where we all had a lot of fun and enjoyment.

The Rotary Club of Baikal-Eco seeks $997.25 to purchase tools for the use of students at the School of Maloe-Galustnoe.  The tools are to teach wood carving and handcrafts to the students and for them to create souvenirs for the tourist business in the area of Lake Baikal.

The school has a club called Creative Hands where teaching will take place.  The club provides interesting outlet and reduces the tendencies to anti-social behavior.

Once trained, students can offer their products to tourists looking for a remembrance of their visit to the beautiful Lake Baikal.
