DIAPERS DESPARATELY NEEDED FOR ORPHANAGE #2

The cost of diapers for Orphanage # 2 is 30,000.00 annually.  We need your help. 

The Russian government allocates only two diapers per person per day and all of the 274 boarders between the ages of 4 and 2 are severely retarded and/or disabled. Two diapers is not enough to provide the level of care to these special children and young adults deserve. 

The staff of teachers, trainers, aids, instructors, medical personnel, and cleaning ward are loving and dedicated to the children.  Food, lodging, building maintenance, medical care, teaching and learning equipment and materials and staff's salary are subsidized by the government. 

Additionally, this orphanage is housed in a 30 year old city building which is in constant need of repair. 

The orphanage's goal is to educate to the highest level those capable of schooling, train all children with the skills which may lead to employment and to prepare those who could leave the orphanage at the age of 18 to adjust to real life and live independently.
