About Us
iOrphan.org is a non-profit charity that spends 100% of donations to provide basic necessities such as food, clothing and shelter to orphans and homeless children living in the former Soviet Bloc countries. We do not receive any compensation for our work and pay for all operating expenses out of our own pocket. Every penny of your contribution goes directly to an orphanage to help complete the project you support. All orphanages and shelters that receive our help are registered non-profit organizations and have at least a 5-year record of accomplishment.
We are a 501(3)(c) non-profit charitable corporation registered in the state of California(EIN #91-2192371). All your donations are fully tax deductible. Our Financial Statementsare thoroughly verified by independent auditors at least once a year. Please review our Foundation Documents, Testimonialsor Letter from the President.

Who we help?
- All orphanages and shelters that receive our help are registered non-profit organizations that have at least a 5-year track record.
- They all are independently audited at least once a year.
- We have personally established contacts with them and have verified their foundation documents, independent audit records and specific project cost estimates.
